The house Lakoudia is quietly located on the eastern edge of Pitsidia. The tavernas and mini-markets of Pitsidia are within walking distance, Komos Beach and Matala are close by. Stavros and Maria Nioli look after their four holiday flats and their guests here.
The centre of the complex is the outdoor area with courtyard, children’s playground, oven, barbecue and a small pool, which is available to all guests.
The four studios and flats are accessed from here. The two flats for two or three guests are located on the ground floor, while there is a two-bedroom flat on the upper floor. And then there is a highlight apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and its own jacuzzi.
